Located on a large, wooded lot with a huge driveway and beautiful lawn. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large unit with private kitchen, living room, and dining room. This Retreat truly is a home a way from home with all of the luxuries of home and the secluded serenity of the real Alaska.
This Retreat is a private 2nd floor unit, owner occupied. It is located about 6 miles from the City of Seward in a beautiful forested acreage, across the street from a river, with a gorgeous mountain view. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a lushly wooded acreage full of ferns and wildlife with no other houses in view. A Fern Gully Forest Retreat is the perfect place to relax in a home like setting. Seward, Alaska is a breathtaking vacation area in the winter and summer; the gateway to Prince William Sound and home to the Alaska SeaLife Center. A Fern Gully Forest Retreat is a short drive to downtown Seward, only two hours south of Anchorage (the largest City in Alaska), 45 minutes from Cooper Landing (Kenai River), and 1.5 hours south of the famous ski resort called Alyeska.
