Rates & Reservations

For Reservation, call or e-mail us your full name, dates requested, method of payment, number in party (including age of children), where you are coming from, and any other special requests.

We will return you phone call or e-mail within three business days and confirm your booking, if we have an availability.

Upon confirmation, we will provide you with specific directions and try to fulfill your special requests.

Daily Rate: (May or Sept) (June, July, August)	$190/2 people- ($195.70 including tax) for 6 people $200/2 people ($206.00 including tax) for 6 people	$20/per extra person/ $10 per child under 16 (if over 6 people) Children 6 and under stay free
Weekly Rate: (May or Sept) (June, July, August)	$1200/2 people- ($1236.00 including tax) for 6 people $1260/2 people ($1297.80 including tax) for 6 people	$20/per extra person/ $10 per child under 16 (if over 6 people) Children 6 and under stay free

• 50% deposit required. Please add 3% sales tax = $203 per night.
• Discounts: Stay 3 or more nights and receive a 5% discount. May (before Memorial Day weekend) and September discounts 5% off.
• 2 night minimum stay
• Maximum capacity = 8 people (only enough beds for 6 people) can provide floor mattress upon request.
• Cancellation Policy:
• 3 day bookings or less require 30 days notice or 100% of total rate is forfeited.
• 4-6 day bookings require 60 days notice or 100% of total rate is forfeited.
• 7 days or more requires 90 days notice or 100% of total rate is forfeited
